A customer of several years - with my two cars - I totally like KHF Motoring and its staff, with its happy blend of friendliness, knowledge and efficiency in just the right proportions. While I get but limited work done there (only because of original dealer care packages I purchased with my cars), they have always given me every reason to think well of them.
Awesome clean shop with an AWD Dyno for tuning and Hunter Rack for alignments.
Decided to give this shop a try since it was close to home. Happy I did. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Was able help me sort out a few issues on my car quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend KHF.
Terrible customer service
Awesome group of talented mechanics here. You'd be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable shop anywhere in the GTA.
I have to wait hours to get my oil changed. The front desk staff named Allen is not professional and they don't respect their customers. I called them and they always say they are busy and can't even give me a schedule for maintenance. Come on, you can't even give me a time? Is that how you deal with your custmers? I will never come back to this place, it is just awful.
