Strong recommend. Been going to this vet for almost 2 years now since we adopted our rescue. My typically fearful husky Shepherd mix has no problems going to the clinic, even with recent restrictions due to COVID. I know at the beginning of the pandemic it was tough getting appointments since they had to reorganize their schedule. But I've had to book appointments three times in the last two months and two appointments were able to be booked in less than 5 days and the most recent appointment was booked next day. In comparison to friends and family that I've spoken to, pricing here seems to be very reasonable. So far I've never received any bill for an appointment that was uncomfortable or involved my husband and I having to make a tough decision. There's also been two appointments in particular where they gave us an option to pursue further with finding out what was wrong with our pup. Naturally, this would have affected the cost of the appointment and in both times the veterinarian was very sensitive and non-judgmental on the subject and did not pressure us to move forward with the procedure if we did not deem it was necessary. Almost in a way to be sensitive to the possibility that we may not be in a good place financially to afford the procedure. I'm thankful that my husband and I are in a position where we do not have to worry about that, but I greatly appreciate the level of tact and sensitivity that they use with their clients.

Dr. Norman is amazing, she took her time to explain everything I needed to know. She is calm, friendly and understandable. I didn't feel rushed at all. Everyone is so caring at this clinic. I'm so glad I started coming here. Thank you so much yorkwood vet team.
Highly recommend. Great first visit with my new puppy. Staff is friendly, punctual and easy to get ahold of. Vet was very knowledgeable, easy to understand and extremely helpful. Very happy with our first visit!

This clinic is not accept last mins sick pet, just moved to Keswick, and my cat is sick. Try to find a local one that can accommodate of this situation, but this vet clinic is super busy, and appointments go to two weeks after, even I told them my cat is really sick. I be honest, I never visit this clinic before, and I don’t think they have responsibilities to help me, but I just think a true animal lover may not help me, but will do anything for a sick animal.
