I recently bought a used truck from S&B Keswick Motors. Great experience. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Rob was very professional, answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly, he made the process extremely easy and pleasant. Not sure why there are some negative reviews, I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again. Thanks Rob and everyone else at S&B.

First dealer I have experienced that is not flexible at all on price. Vehicle I was looking at was a few thousand dollars higher then the market. So not worth the drive to Keswick. Salesman not too friendly and didn't seem to care to make a sale. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not impressed with the ladies in the shop. I have bought 2 vehicles from S&B this year . I brought one in for a oil change and to put a set of summer rims and tires on it that i brought with me. When i returned i was told they can not change the rims and tires as the bolts had swollen as they have a casing no them. They said they will have to be ground off and new nuts put on but they do not have any and would have to be ordered. So i asked well how much ? , I was told in excess of 300.00 to do the job lol. So i brought the truck home and changed them in the driveway with a jack and a 4 way with no problem. My point is The mechanic and the ladies up front do not go the extra mile for there customers. Next time I will go to Gary's or Newmarket for service. The sales people are excellent To bad the shop is not as good.
