My experience have been both good and not so good. It's nice to have the ability to pull our own parts and the staff are very supportive. The facilities are generally well organized and clean for an auto recycler! It's a tad frustrating that you can't get any information about the cars you are interested in. You have to physically go look for yourself which can mean you drive a long way for nothing, which I have done more than once.

You can get the part you need and pay a very low price, well organized, friendly staff , and wide variety of cars. The new location is a bit far, the Bently ave location was better. The website is nice, easy to navigate, and alerts for new arrivals. Thank you !

Did not enjoy my experience here. We found the part we needed and went to checkout. Once at the checkout, the employee was very rude and condescending. He and a fellow employee were constantly having a conversation together during the transaction, which was in a language we could not comprehend. He started charging extra for every little thing he could see on the part ( ex : hinges, plastics, latches, etc.). I later told him that other Kenny u pull franchises don't usually do what he was doing. A 69 item ended up costing upwards 170 dollars. We ended up leaving the part there and left unsatisfied,disappointed and bothered with the customer service we received from the checkout. We are regular weekly customers in others franchises and the employees know us by name. We will get the part from LKQ, the prices vary depending on the condition, but they will dismantle and deliver it.
