I had been searching for a garage to install a set of springs on some shocks for an old golf cart I am fixing up, and had been unable to find anyone with the specialized tools to do it. Randy was recommended to me and within an hour of stopping in, he had the springs installed. Friendly service and quick at that too! I'd recommend Randy and his team to anyone. Thanks again!

Responsed to my CAA call. Flatbeded my van from the 416 to Kingston. I was happy that the driver allowed me to take my dog in the tow truck, otherwise she would have been anxious in the van as it was towed. Great tow and recovery service!
These guys are top shelf people! Every one @ Rose's are friendly, knowledgeable and fair! Never any issues and always a staff that is accommodating and personable. There is NO shop in Ottawa that can compare , so don't bother going elsewhere! JJ
Friendly but they fixed a flat they said was due to a rim seal issue. In a month, it went flat twice more without warning. Took it back and told them about the two additional flats. They said it was a new problem, the valve for another 28. I am not sure what the odds were to develop a new problem in less than two weeks, but it wasn't worth fighting over 28. I would have gladly paid for the valve but my first thought was they missed the real issue the first time.
The staff are awesome and very friendly and are always honest
