Traditional shaolin kung fu training in an intimate setting with Sifu Falko has been a truly rewarding experience. I've become stronger in body mind and spirit. Learning that kung fu has roots in yoga was a big draw for me as I have a regular yoga practice, and the two very much compliment each other.

The Tai Chi classes have the most calming and energizing effect. Sifu is very knowledgeable and incorporates his experience with Oriental Medicine, which carries over into the classes. I especially enjoy the Qi Gong exercises which he uses as a warm up and meditation.
