I went in to the Bone & Biscuit on a whim, while I was out on an adventure with my dog. I had never been in, so I decided to go in and have a look! The staff was amazing with my dog! They are obviously animal lovers as they all came to see my puppy and offered some great advice and conversation. They have a wide variety of treats, from common, to unique to their store at reasonable prices. We will certainly be back again! If you haven't been here, you certainly should load up your pet and visit at your earliest convenience.

Great local small business in Kelowna. Staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They give advice about food and dental care that is better than some vets in town. They also have a points system. Support local!

This place is the best. So much good advice for our new pup. Much more pleasant than any big box store. Plenty of healthy snacks. Great raw foods.

This store is truly the best! Not only are they welcome and warm with amazing customer service but super knowledgeable. They genuinely care about my puppy and have helped problem solve her dietary and stomach issues. Now she is a diarrhea and ear infection free happy, energetic puppy! Can’t speak highly enough about this place!
