I've had the Roto rooter crew at my place a fair bit over last several months. It started with a leaking drain investigation, and I used them to replace all the poly B at my place, as well as installing the new shower replacement and reinstalling my toilets. Derek has always been great, very professional and the work is always of high quality. They have always been able to come out to my place quickly, sometimes within an hour of me calling. I'll certainly be calling them up for future plumbing work.

We spent about 5 days in total with Derek, Nathan, Cody, and Tim replacing all the Poly B lines both in our 25 year old house and the main line coming into the house from the street. Both myself and hubby have high expectations about product and work. Everyone met and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately we had a Poly B line without an outside curb stop shutoff valve and riser coming into the house. The team attempted to do the outside work this past May but due high ground water levels it was impossible to complete the job. After filling in the hole and cleaning up completely, they came back the third week in September to start all over again and after 2 days of incredibly hard work, they were successful in finding a hidden valve 8 feet underground and under the driveway. They moved the valve to a new location with a riser and replaced all the Poly B pipe and we didn't lose the driveway! The irrigation lines were also redone to accommodate the new location for the curb stop valve. They replaced all the Poly B lines in the house with Pex tubing, installed shutoff valves to all fixtures within the house, and isolated the irrigation line from the other water lines so it can be controlled independently. The final product is a work of art. So neat and tidy. I am so impressed with their work ethic and problem solving skills. Everyone on the team was highly competent, professional, and patient. Just wanted to pass on my thanks for the amazing service from Matt. He came on emergency call out and tried his best to resolve the issue that night and when he couldn't reach the source of the problem he was back again first thing this morning and stayed until it was resolved. Patient and dedicated and came up with some solutions about things we could do to make it easier if it happens again. Matt is now our go to guy. The technician was both efficient and pleasant. Installation of the kitchen tap went smoothly and everything was tided and clean when he left. You can become a club member and save money.
Matt was very thorough and polite - there was a blockage in the system and he cleared it - which was an involved process, removing doors, opening septic lid and toilet etc. He did a great job and was so friendly , helpful and thorough. I’d definitely call them again !
