She is diligent, organized, responsive and very professional. I am very fortunate to have her as my property manager. Thank you Michelle!

Incredibly rude and unhelpful receptionist. Very disappointed with the way we were treated.
I live in a property where these guys are the property managers. Our building is a smoke-free building, and it mentions at the entrance \smoke-free building.\ I had chosen this property because it says that, but when I leased an apartment for one year with the apartment owner, the next day, I started smelling cigarette smoke from the apartment who lives under us. I have complained about that to the property manager, and I got a weird response that I am not supposed to complain, but the owner of the apartment should do that. I have forwarded my issue to them, and they delivered to them, and until today I have got no response, and I still smell cigarette smoke. I am so afraid to open the doors and windows for fresh air. It seems like there is no value for tenants who are living in their property. I am so disappointed with their management.
There seemed to be a disconnect going on with communication between staff and the receptionist who answers the phone. Therefore she was abrupt with me and somewhat unreasonable because she was caught off guard. She was petty about providing an envelope for my cash deposit. She was friendlier when I arrived in person, however when I returned today to drop off an elevator key she once again acted oddly. Not great customer service overall. Not impressed.

I truly appreciate your prompt communication and friendly, professional service. Reconnecting with you for a new tenant was an obvious decision due to the quality of the tenant you located for our vacation home two years ago. I was thrilled to find that you were still with Pacific Quorum when we needed to place a new tenant in our condo and feel that you have, once again, found us a quality tenant which we would not have been able to find on our own.
