I was very impressed by everyone I encountered, starting with the lady greeting people by the elevator and continuing through payment at the front desk. I was very nervous, as usual around anything dental, and I felt very relaxed with Dr. Naito. He was professional, very reassuring and took time to explain options. The contrast to another medical experience this week was incredible. Dr. Naito called that evening to ensure I was doing well. I have never experienced that level of service and support. I have been sharing my positive reaction, much to the amusement of family who know my reluctance to have any dental procedure.

I just got out of a wisdom teeth and an extraction. They're amazing. I was anxious about getting put under, through the whole process they explained each step and comforted me. I understood what was going on and it felt amazing. I will recommend this place to everyone. They took such good care of me. Thank you for helping me with this surgery!
11/10 would recommend this place!! I got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr.Naito and him and his staff were amazing! I was extremely nervous for the procedure but they talked me through every step and made me feel so comfortable. They even called later to check up on everything! They go above and beyond here. Definitely the place to go!
Very happy with Dr.Naito and his team.Dr.Naito is very genuine and sincere.He takes his time and explains everything to you and is very reassuring. My daughter suffers with severe anxiety, but was made comfortable by Dr.Naito's team.She had a very good experience. Dr.Naito called us in the evening to make sure everything was going well,and asked if we had any questions .He told us multiple times if we had any questions or issues to call him anytime.The people at the drugstore next door we're also very friendly and helpful,and provided very fast and excellent service.
Dr. Bell preformed wisdom teeth extraction on a Friday and Dr. Bell reassured me I would be able to go back to work on the Monday. I had numbness and pain in face I could barely talk and eat, Dr. Bell told me it would go away in a few days. Two weeks went by and the numbness and pain was still there I made an appointment to see Dr. Bell and he changed his story from his original one and told me weeks for the pain and numbness to go away, I continue to have pain and numbness everyday and Dr. Bell kept changing his story each visit. It’s been 14 months and I still have pain and numbness in my face. Dr. Bell never apologize for decreasing my quality of life. I would not recommend him to anyone!
Dr Bell is a very knowledgeable surgeon....him and his nurses the anesthesiologist and staff are very sweet and caring....they all made my experience a bit less scary...I recommend Dr Bell to everyone...such great people!
I highly recommend them. I've seen them a number of times, for a few different issues, including jaw surgery. Everyone is always friendly, warm, and very professional. If I have any issues, or concerns, I know I will be seen promptly. I would like to take this opportunity to give special thanks to Dr. Naito and Dr. Bell, for their kindness, compassion, and excellent care.
My experience here was great. I called this Monday to try and move up my original consult for wisdom tooth removal on the 16th with them, as I lost my job and am losing my benefits coverage by the end of the month. They were amazing and were able to get me in for consult and surgery the next day (yesterday)! I was incredibly nervous as I've had minimal dental work in my life and had never ever been anesthetized! The team here made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I felt so well taken care of. They even helped me submit my insurance claim. Thanks so much to everyone who helped me yesterday. I'm so glad to have gotten my teeth out so quickly. And thanks for putting them in a lil envelope for me, it sure made me laugh when I found them in my post-op care bag!
