As a mortgage broker, I am very happy and simply cannot recommend Okanagan Appraisals and Chris enough. They managed to accommodate my appraisal request with a very small window of time to complete when I had a new client show up with 2 days to remove subjects. He is always quick to respond to inquiries as well. Very satisfied and will continue to use!
