I live out of province now but still have friends/family that live in Kelowna. Whenever I want to surprise them with a nice treat, my go-to is always lush! A friend of mine was having a bad day, so in the order notes I asked if they could add a sample of something that they’d consider their favourite. They packaged everything so neatly and added in two samples (that happened to be my favourite as well). The order was ready within the hour and my friend was ecstatic. I couldn’t be there for her - but I’m more than happy with the way the employees packaged the order and the interaction she had when picking it up. Ordering online and picking up in store is absolutely seamless and the employees at this location keep everything sanitary, organized whilst still maintaining genuine care and connection. I ordered a month before Christmas and order still has not arrived. (today is Dec 25th). Lush sent an email saying it was due to the Post Office. But this is not true, as I have received parcels from Amazon I ordered 5 days prior and got them by Christmas. If Lush was not a fake news finger pointer, I may have not lost complete respect for this company.
I was treated very bad at this location. I was questioned at the door as to why I am shopping with Lush. I asked for tge store business card . When I left the lady representing lush proceeded to heckle me in front of customers.. such a horrible experience.
My hat goes off to a store who takes health and safety of their customers and employees very seriously. This lush location should be proud of their employees for going above and beyond. I have no problem shopping at Lush during this pandemic. Keep up the great work.
Staff are lovely and super helpful - they have a great system in place for reduced contact when picking things up. It's always good to see a company that puts some effort into protecting staff
