What a lovely and amazing place! I've had such a great experience with Dr. Stephen Malfair and all the staff at the office. I recently just moved from Ontario to Kelowna, and was searching for a dental office for an aching tooth I had. Found the office on Google and decided to book my appointment. From the first visit on I knew I had chosen the right dentist office for me and my family. The staff makes you feel so welcome and I even forgot I was at a dental office :) Today I had to come in for my second visit and I wasn't able to leave my baby with the babysitter, so they were quick to tell me to come in with my babe and they were happy to watch him for the time being. The front lady receptionist was so lovely and caring and watched him for more than an hour that I was in the clinic. Dr. Stephen Malfair was able to work on my tooth and did an incredible job, no pain whatsoever. Absolutely love this place and recommend to everyone :)

Thank you Dr. Malfair and Natalie for your care as well as the very cheerful Colleen for making what seemed like a long process much easier to take. Appreciated your attention to detail and consideration of my feelings during the surgery, and answering all my questions. For anyone looking for an excellent dentist, I highly recommend this team.

Dear Dr. Steve and Support Staff, I could not be more pleased with the results you achieved during my recent visits concerning my three problem teeth in front. The Permanent Ant Bonded method has made such a difference in that the colour match is perfection itself as is the workmanship. I cannot tell the difference between bonded teeth and the two crowns beside them. Equally impressive to me was the communication aspect. At no time did I feel I lacked information. Options available to me and procedure of said options were afforded me in a most professional yet friendly atmosphere and I did not feel the slightest discomfort from the freezing technique used. It gives me great peace of mind to know I am receiving the best dental care ever and this fact has compelled me to sing your praises to people I know. Kind regards to all, Traude Robertson P.S. Absolutely awesome office everyone working there are so friendly and helpful I have been going for 4 yrs now and every time am treated with great professionalism and care. They have helped me out with decisions on treatments and also squeezed me in when it wasn't convenient as my schedule is all over the place. Would highly recommend them without a doubt.
