Although we did not purchase our Lexus from this dealership, we have taken our IS 350 here for service for several years. We have always been pleased with the dealership, and the experience has been second to none. On our last visit (April 7), Veronica, our Service Advisor, was pleasant, courteous, professional and could not have been more helpful. Because of her - and the overall service experience - we will definitely be back, and this dealership will be "first on our list" when we think about purchasing a new vehicle.

I don't say this lightly. Absolutely amazing experience. Culture palpable and positive. Efficient and concise. Team work that improved experience and efficiency and clarity on expectations.
