I had such a great and positive experience at the sleep clinic! The staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly at every step. I went it for 2 nights at the lab and had several follow up phone calls and meetings. They laid out all of my options clearly, and did not pressure me in the slightest to buy anything through them. I would highly recommend.

Excellent experience with the Kelowna Sleep Clinic. Staff are kind and informative. Made my transition from Provent to CPAP, comfortable and answered all my questions. Rooms for sleep study are very quiet, night staff were amazing.
Good experience. I have not had any issues with the staff as mentioned in the other reviews. My sleeps study was as quick and painless as it could be and they set me up with what I needed to sleep properly. Taking 1 star off because they do not do direct billing for insurance providers which is something I look for with all my healthcare providers.
Incredible experience with the Kelowna Sleep Clinic. The reception team (Brenda and Cailyn notably) are so kind and very prompt in their response. They are happy to answer any questions I had and were very patient and understanding throughout. Dr. McFayden took time to explain the procedure to me, stopping frequently to answer any questions I had as they came up. During the phone-call to discuss my results he also took his time to make sure I understood everything and had time to ask questions. Lala, the tech, was incredibly kind and easy to talk to while she setup all the equipment during my appointment and got me ready to go to bed. Overall a 10/10 experience!! Seriously could not have asked for better treatment. Thanks!
