My wife and I purchased a Legacy Pool table from this location. Chantelle in sales was very attentive to details and professional in meeting our requests. Installers came to put together the new table - quick and dedicated, they noticed a few scratches on the finished material before installation and reported it promptly. They finished the installation for us to enjoy the table. Replacement parts received and the team came back right away to install the new parts and make sure we had a perfect looking set. Outstanding costumer service, highly recommended.

My wife and I recently purchased a Legacy "Mesa" pool table. Chantelle in sales was great to work with on the selection and sales process . Gino and Jeff (owner) arrived at our home today in a Covid prepared manner, and did a masterful job setting up our table in meticulous fashion. Great selection. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Gino and Riley when we needed our pool table moved, refelted, reassembled & levelled. It looks amazing and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. True professionals!! Would highly recommend.
We bought a snooker table privately and hired Kelowna Pool Tables to disassemble and move from Kelowna to Kamloops. The cost was very reasonable and the staff were friendly, courteous and patient through the whole process. We will definitely recommend them to others.
