So I have to say I am more than a little dismayed by this dealership. I was totally nickel and dimed on my trade in at the last minute (I drove a long way from where I live to this place because there is no Lincoln dealer close by me). Now their site has my old vehicle listed at 31,995.00. (Less than 25K on it tires at 90% and well maintained with regular professional detailing as well). I got a pittance of that, plus lost another 500.00 they took away right before the papers got signed. The people there are very nice, very friendly and helpful, and the finance manager is A. My salesperson was also extremely knowledgeable and good, so no issues there. I understand everyone in business needs to make a profit, but you do not have to gouge to achieve that.
