Super helpful service! Wife and I got a flat and were in a bind trying to get home. The staff helped us call around to see if anyone had my tire and size in stock. Couldn't find anything readily accessible, but offered to ship in a replacement (though it wouldn't be installed in time). Ended finding a used one for me and put it on so we could limp home! Thanks so much!

Found ourselves in Kelowna with bent axles in our 27ft toyhauler. Tires were rubbing on the frame and couldn’t make it back to Edmonton for new axles. James took us in and straightened them so we continue our vacation. Great service and someone you can trust. Great place, great people.

After Central Valley closed I took my business to James Truck and Trailer and it’s been a great experience thus far. James is fantastic to deal with, he and his mechanics are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It’s very refreshing to converse with them as common sense eludes much of the general public nowadays.
