Renting a truck? Long distance moving? This is the way to go. Tanya and Sarah were helpful and great to work with. Rates are great - 0.18 per km and rental 90 a day, not including weekends, for a 3-ton truck. (See comparison below - you get killed on km with the competition) Although they lost my reservation, they found another larger truck, gave it to me at the smaller truck's cost, and waived the fee for US permits required for the larger truck. They went above and beyond to make up for their error, and it all worked out in the end. Even though things began with an error, I really appreciate a business that takes ownership of the error and steps up to make things right.
