charged a truly exorbitant price of 45.70 to photocopy 24 pages. They said they had to scan in order to copy but did not tell us in advance. Called them but they were not helpful at first but I then emailed them and they agreed not to charge me acknowledging that they did not explain their pricing to me in advance. I appreciate them acknowledging this. A couple of weeks later I received an email from the owner also recognizing that they had originally charged me the wrong price by mistake. I do appreciate this and the fact that the company did respond and correct the situation. Given this I would now certainly recommend them!
