Zac Gauthier brings two remarkable things to drum teaching/coaching which is rare: an amazing competency in the art of drumming AND an amazing care and heart for kids. My son, Elijah (10), has been going to BTN for several years now and not only has his drumming skill increased tenfold, he is more confident and positive in his being because of the way that Zac builds those things into my son. I've done a lot of coaching and work with young people through sports and pastoring, so I know a human developer when I see one. Zac is just one of those rare gems, who not only leaves a person a better drummer, but also a better person. If you are looking for a place for your kid to learn a musical instrument such as drums, look no further! And if you also want your child to be built up as a human being...well, I don't know of any other drum teacher who brings that as well. I would trust Zac with all my kids (4), just not sure if I could handle 4 drummers in our home! Lastly, I love how Zac's PASSION for drums is so effusive and infectious, this rubs off on my son and I see this joy for music in my son. And that's important, for I don't want a robot for a son, being forced to play an instrument. I want my son to enjoy the JOY of music. In that sense, Zac is like a more responsible version of Jack Black in the movie, \School of Rock\! No, Zac doesn't own a scary van, but he does infect young people with a desire to ROCK! :) OK, I'm out. BTN is legit! Peace!

As an adult student for the past 2 years I have loved every second spent with Zac learning from him what is his passion.
My son attends here and Zach is excellent. He loves going every week and Zach does a really good job.
