I went in not knowing much, but Valeria taught how to make and serve all of the main cocktails a bartender should know. She is also super friendly and open to all questions. Great experience that I would recommend for anyone who's interested in learning mixology!

Valerie is hands down one of the best teachers I've ever had. She is extremely friendly and fun. It was quite a drive, but it's definitely well worth it. I'd recommend anyone looking to take up bartending as a job, or just trying to improve their skills for hosting parties to go with Valerie.
Valerie is such a knowledgeable and kind instructor. She is patient, tough persistent, in her teachings and ensures you understand steps before continuing on. Her one-on-one classes gave me plenty of insight into the bartending industry and I can confidently say I got more value than what I paid for. Not to mention the connections I’ve made through her! 10/10
Definitely a great little course. Super casual but I learnt lots. It helps for sure with feeling more comfortable and consistent with making drinks. Valerie is super friendly, bit of a drive but worth it
