Same day furnace repair today - important since our 9-year old furnace was making an unusual sound. Jeff was excellent at explaining what had happened with the motor and replacing it. It's so reassuring to have something fixed by a pro in such a timely manner (especially in the winter)! Thank you!
Our old furnace stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. After one telephone call Owen from Border was at our house to perform a full inspection and recommend several replacement options. On Monday morning Luke and Jayme arrived to replace the furnace with a new unit. Over the three hours it took for them to complete the job they were polite, professional, informative and helpful in understanding their process. They explained the work they were performing fully and answered every question as well as leaving the area spotless on completion. I'd recommend Border and their teams without reservation.
We had a hot water tank fail, in less than 24 hours we were back in action. Paul was our installer, he was very professional, courteous and friendly. Paul made sure everything was perfect before he left. We are extremely satisfied with his work and it was a pleasure to have him in our house. Highly recommend!!!
We're thrilled to have found a service company that really still understands what great customer service is all about. They're professional, very courteous, have always called back when they say, their service personnel show up as expected & on-time. We just had Border install a new furnace & thermostat. When they finished, Luke made sure we understood the operation, and answered all our questions. For us, we are travelling 6-8 mos. a year and need a dependable unit. Border offers an ongoing preventative maintenance program that we appreciate and will definitely take advantage of.
