I had the pleasure of working for Baths By Design and was blown away by the level of expertise and customer service this business provides their customers. This business treats their staff and customers like family and really goes above and beyond for them. The family run business has over 30 years of knowledge and expertise in kitchen and bath design, home renovations, new builds, interior design, plumbing, custom shower glass and more. Countless times I’ve seen customers beyond happy with the result of their new project, renovation and redesign. Their beautiful showroom is full of Canadian and European made fixtures at wholesale pricing and the staff is so knowledgeable in putting together every detail from start to finish. Can not say enough good things about Baths By Design as a company. You’ll be amazed when you walk through that door

I moved with my family from Germany to Kelowna in 1995. We had extensive renovations going on and we found MaryAnn and Ron at Bath by design. Not only was it exciting to find high quality products at a reasonable price but the level of expertise created a strong base of trust. The level of care, service and dedication we received for that project kept me coming back to Bath by design for the last 26 years whenever I had a bathroom or kitchen project on the go. Everyone working at Bath by design has put my needs and ideas first but is also not afraid of suggesting alternative solutions. Needless to say, I have been a happy customer every single time I have engaged with the team at Bath by design and over the last 26 years.

There was no need to apologize for Lady Horrendous that had a #@%# fit, it was awkward and I myself would have been more aggressive in asking her to leave, she was totally out of line, what a that! #poorphil
Would rate 8/5 if possible. Bought 4 toilets for my new mansion as well as custom faucets sold by the one and only Maryann \Milka\ Zubick. Accidently they included an extra bathtub on the delivery but I payed them in straight cash and kept the tub. Amazing inventory for a small family run operation and very good communication. Kindest people I've ever met. Extremely nice service. Amanda gave me chocolate. They included a free shipping on shower glass in return for me walking their dog. All of the staff does an amazing job and the store is kept very clean and managed. There is always someone to help you.
