I emailed Keene Garage Door Systems (and several other companies) in the morning last week regarding our garage door dilemma. The torsion spring had brocken and needed replacing. Within 10-15 minutes D'arcy responded to my email. I was impressed with how quickly he responded. He knew exactly what needed to be replaced and informed me that he would be available to come by that evening. He provided me a quote to which I agreed. I assumed the visit would be to review the problem and then order what was needed. D'arcy arrived around 5:30pm if I remember correctly with the parts needed and replaced everything within 45 minutes. He was promt, courtious, friendly, helpful stuck to his quote and completed the job in short time. I would recommend Keene Garage Door Systems to anyone needing anything regarding a garage door. Excellent work.

He just did a high lift tracks and a wall mounted opener and he was amazing with his work and the best deal in town!! Definitely recommend him and I am already thinking of doing my two other doors!!
