In February 2021 I participated in Karen's Online Course. It had four modules as well as some rich bonus materials. This program helped me to focus more clearly on what I really wanted to achieve. As I progressed through the modules I began to believe more and more that I could make some important changes that I had been unable to achieve previously. For instance, Karen talked about being more mindful of what I eat and finding healthier replacements in a way that resonated with me. Learning to reframe old negative and self-sabotaging statements into more positive ones proved to be surprisingly effective in helping me to begin my journey towards having more energy, returning to better health and achieving weight loss. The program helped me to see more clearly the importance of making - and reinforcing - small, incremental changes that create the foundation for new and better habits. She helps to make consistent changes in our daily life by providing us with the tools we need to feel better and vital. I was really excited to work with Karen on her upcoming online course as part of my Course Makers mentorship. A wonderful course at a fabulous price point, this is a must take learning experience for anyone looking to start eating better. You may already know things about eating better but aren't doing it. I recently completed Karen Porter's 5 days 5 lbs challenge. I thought it would be an excellent way to kick-start my 2021 weight-loss. Did I lose weight? Yes, I did! But what I GAINED was so much more valuable! Karen is not all about a number on a scale. Her approach is about being mindful of what you put into your body, not just food, but thoughts and experiences as well to create the best possible you you can be!

My daughter and I recently participated in Karen's Mother-Daughter Virtual Mini Retreat and it was fabulous! The 2 recipes we made were delicious! Karen's knowledge and personal experience truly reflect in her presentations and I always pick up something new everytime I hear her speak!
