My spouse and I love to go there for their all-day breakfast. We've never had a bad experience or a bad meal. The food is always great and the price is very reasonable. The service has always been great. There is a lot of selections on their menu so there is something for everyone. Even their breakfast menu has a lot of options so it's not just the typical eggs and bacon. Between the atmosphere, food quality, service, and the price you can't go wrong.

We had to pick up food for take-out with the recent covid restrictions. So this is a review for their take out food. The home fries were undercooked. Not cold, mind you. They were still hard and just not cooked through. The portion sizes were also fairly disappointing, looking fair sad in the container box. The sausages were lacking in flavour. Nothing better than frozen breakfast sausages from the grocery store. The other meats were not much better. The toast was standard fare, as with the french toast. Forgotten on our order was coffee and a topping for the french toast rhat was ordered. The topping was whipped cream and bananas for 2.99 but we were only given a half a chopped up banana for that, whipped cream not coming at all. The coffee was 2.99 and was left out of the order all together. I was simply offered a \free coffee\ should I come in again. Sadly, i don't believe I will ever go to get that coffee because that would mean having their breakfast again. I am not up for another disappointing breakfast when there are better options in the area.
The food was just barely average and the waiter was nice until I paid for my meal and btw lied to me about having a second type of meat choice. I would not recommend this place (Over priced food poorly made quality)
Terrible experience. My friend and I went to this rockin Johnny’s on hazeldean road and it was disappointing. Our toast was burnt so bad it was black. Our eggs were over easy and not cooked. The bacon was very under cooked and our homefries were hard from not being fully cooked. The cook have the waitress a hard time and did not do anything about the complaint. The waitress then apologized and took our coffees off the bill... My order came to 15 and I ended up not even eating it as it was terrible. I do not recommend at all.
Came in the late afternoon for some breakfast food and was not disappointed. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Never had to ask for coffee refills. The breakfast itself was also very good. They have a traditional take on breakfast so a lot of the classic items are there. Was able to try the waffle which was pretty good. The interior of rock and Johnny's is nice. It has the old 50s 60s Rockin Style. But I really like it for its open spacious feel and big Windows letting in all the light.
