Brent was good to deal with, we had no intention of buying that day and Brent attempted a soft close without excessive pressure. They lose a point because the quote had a couple of dealer born markup fees to try and trick people and make the dealer more money. I am sure they have a 'plausible' excuse for all of them Dealer add on you shouldn't pay for: - Security Etching - Wheel Locking - Protection Package (whatever that is) - Fuel It was still a good experience and we ended up going with the vehicle Brent showed us but in lower cost used form from a different out of province dealer because none were available locally.

Awesome service and excellent option to come and pick up and drop off my vehicle. Hands free for me! Loved it. My only wish is for them to have more staff on to answer the phone calls, they will call you back it just takes time but that’s totally understandable!!

After bringing my Car in the summer to have pictures taken of my peeling grill i was told the pictures were sent to head office and i had to wait for a decision. After 4 months of waiting I finally decided to call them to see what was going on as my warranty was due to expire in one month. After explaining my self they tried to find the pictures in there database and had no such pictures or any paper work about that whole encounter I had with them several months before. I was told I had to start the process over. Obviously as you could understand this is quite frustrating at this point . After speaking to Greg the service manager I was told to send him a few pics from my phone and he would expedite the process with VW Headquarters. I booked an apt the following week for another issue that was to be diagnosed. Engine light was on so I dropped off the car for the engine light to be scanned and sure enough it needed new oxygen sensors so they scanned and replaced the oxygen sensor and also replaced the grill all in about a 7 day time spand from the moment I reached out. Good job on making things right Greg that's what customer service is all about!

My wife and I just purchased our first ever Volkswagen from Myers. Alex was our salesperson. His knowledge and obvious passion for the product he represents was obvious. He went above and beyond for us in bringing over a vehicle from the Hyundai lot while we were on a test drive as we were deciding between the two. On the delivery day, he went over the entire vehicle top to bottom, front to back and explained all the features and the menus. He was very thorough and took the time to make sure he answered all our questions. Overall our experience here has been exceptional and we are extremely happy with the new car!
