When we purchased our house the backyard was essentially a 30x30 blank slate of weeds. Impressions Group completely transformed our backyard into an amazing outdoor living space. The service and quality is top notch. Even during these trying times when resources and materials were limited due to the pandemic ... the Impressions employees that we had the pleasure to deal with were thorough, fair, honest, straightforward and certainly exceeded our expectations. Customer service is horrible. They do not value you as a customer and have to chase them down to get a quote. Reached out to them summer of 2020 for a quote and was told that they would not be able to do the work until spring of 2021, which is fine, I understand that they are busy. I patiently waited and contacted them regularly to get them to come in and quote a job. End of March comes along they tell me that they are booked for 2021 and have a nice day. Considering I spent a lot of money on a pool from them 3 years prior, you would think they would value my business.
I contracted Impressions Group for a stamped concrete project. A sidewalk front and beside house ending in the backyard as a large concrete patio. Initially there was a problem with communication. Owner Earl Spinks listened to comments and hired extra staff. Communication solved. Excellent job!! Due to the concrete being poured in the afternoon in the cold it took a long time to dry to the consistency where they could stamp/colour. It was dark; 7-9pm. The employees did not have proper lighting. Unable to see I have colour dust marks, blank and black spots. Impressions Group has committed repair in the spring. I believe this will happen. I must say I love the front two sidewalks!! My major problem is the planning stage and not being advised. I thought the side and back would be dug level to grass as in the front. Minimal digging took place, which means I have an approximate 8-10" above ground edge. I do understand it was for drainage. I feel if the back/side was dug the same amount as the front I would have still had an edge, but only about 5 inches for drainage. I agreed to a retaining wall in the contract. The minimal digging and no grass to remove does make me feel I overpaid. Would I use Impressions Group again; Yes. I feel they stand behind their product and are a good company. My point. I think as clients we should be better informed regarding the process and what it will look like upon completion. Kathy Andrews
Snow removal- out of the 5 or 6 times they have come in the 2020-2021 winter, I have had to call them all but once to come and clear the driveway or to come back becuase they have done a poor job. Would not recommend them.

I picked impressions group for my pool because of the recommendations from 2 of my friends. I have to say i am very happy with my pool and the stamped concrete patio, which was completed a head of time. Earl and the crew were very professional during the construction. Also after construction was completed, they came back and fixed what ever i had in my list promptly. The most i love about this business is they do both pool and the landscaping so that you don't need to worry about managing separate companies. The quality and the final finish of my pool was excellent. I am very satisfied with the final outcome.
