We are, once again, extremely satisfied with how the new wall-to-wall carpet install looks in our new home. This is the second time we've chosen Alexanian and are glad to have done so. Always a pleasure to consult with Ray Rafi to help us select a carpet that best suits our needs. As for the installers, they were very polite, respectful, clean and tidy from start to finish. We went to Kanata store, to browse carpets for our house. Our sales rep was Ray. He was very nice, not pushy and helped answer our questions. Ray was also able to get us the installation date on short notice. He also let us take the samples so that we can check the carpet in different lights. 1 full star. The guy who came to do the measurements was also on time, helpful and thorough. As far as the quote is concerned, we would have liked it more detailed and broken down like what were the measurements for different areas, how much and what quality under-pad was going to be used, the carpet being installed is how many ounces quality wise, how much would be the installation cost etc. The quote that we got was just a total sum for 3 different types of carpets, so we had no idea what different rates we were getting for each type. Installation: the installers, team of 3, came right on time and quickly started their job without wasting any time. They were organized and fast. The job was scheduled over 2 days but they completed in 1. However, their speed did cause some damage (damaged dry wall, trim and some scratches). As far as furniture is concerned they moved it with care. I am removing 2 stars for the reasons described above and hopefully this will be taken as constructive and help improve the business. Overall I am happy with the carpet installation and whole experience. Thanks

Had a great experience at this location, dealing with Tony. I appreciated his straight forward approach to providing me answers as I was making decisions about the floor coverings. I'd visited this location and met with Tony before an he always impressed me with his knowledge and willingness to provide good, honest advice. He was a breeze to deal with, providing me quotes, measurements and an installation that suited my needs. The install team were fabulous. A team of two arrived right on time and were polite, professional and easy to have in my home. The carpet looks great and I appreciate the extra care they've clearly taken to ensure the finished product exceeds my expectations and their attention to clean up was also most welcome. I recommend Tony and this location to my family and friends.

I was very pleased with the sales associate and carpet installers whom I dealt with when I replaced the carpeting on all my stairs and throughout the upstairs level. They were helpful and professional all around. I especially appreciated Carol Collins’ input in helping me choose the right carpeting and colour for the job.
