Then NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. They called and left me a message for test results of an IMPORTANT test that I missed. I called back within 20 minutes, with 30 minutes left in the open hours of the clinic. I literally let the phone ring for 10 minute intervals (3x) then tried again. No answer. Finally get and answer and I can hear the girl breathing and shuffling papers, people talking in the background, with me saying hello repeatedly just to be hung up on. The WORST WORST WORST customer service. What good is a doctors office that seems to not want to communicate with patients? I will be seeking a family doctor elsewhere

I had to write a review, because there are too many negative reviews on here strictly based on the overburdened staff. I realize there is a long wait to get the phone answered, and have been frustrated by that myself often, but when I get through, the staff are ALWAYS very helpful and have never disappointed me. They are also quite pleasant, for the most part, which is especially surprising because of how worked they are. When I've gone in for anything, whether it be appointments or picking up requisitions, making an appointment, etc., they are also all very pleasant and professional. I was fortunate enough to get Dr. Shestopalova as a new doctor, because my long-time one was retiring. She is very attentive and thorough. I consider myself very fortunate to have a GP at all! I have no problem dealing with listening to a ringing phone for a while before it's answered, if that's the cost of having a doctor, and a good one on top of all that.

Terrible customer service. I came for an appointment today, waited outside in a cold for 20 min to get in, just to be told that I have an phone-in appointment. Waited another 50 min and no one called, so had to wait outside in a cold another 30 min just to ask why nobody called me. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, hard to get any useful information or assistance from them. Despite having very good doctors available, front-line staff makes patient experience miserable.

Have been a patient here for 6 years. Never once has my call been picked up If you need to schedule an appointment or do anything at all, it’s best to inquire in-person. Dr. Cupsa is great.

They simply do not answer the phone. Health care providers need to answer the phone. After a 30m wait with two callers ahead of me at 10am, it auto disconnects. I'm right back on hold with 5 callers ahead of me. This is absolutely disgraceful \medical care\. Their own advice on the website says do not stay on hold for long; to call back for quicker response. Now I am on call #3 and 7 callers ahead of me. If you can't reach your doctor to book an appointment, what exactly is the point of having that doctor? I mean, if we're just going to have to use a walk-in anyways, what exactly is the point? Do not recommend anyone use ActiveCare as this has been ongoing for more than a year (so you can't blame the pandemic for being overwhelmed).
