Horrible customer service they never answer or return phone calls. It's amazing how when you have someone's direct number it goes right to voicemail bit if you call they front office and ask for the person they can out you through to them easily.

The service you get from this Kamloops location is terrible compared to how well things are when you call down to the Richmond WCB. You can phone from the moment they open and until they close and you will always get sent to the answering machine at the front desk and never can talk to someone. If you phone the wrong extension and get some women named Brenda she will get mad that your phoning her instead of your case manager even though she is the assistant to the manager. Another thing, one person tells you your case manager isn’t there then you call again and get told they are? So are some of these employees ignoring calls on purpose? We understand that they are swamped at work but maybe they should remember they are dealing with people with bad injuries that have been through hell and back to recover! When you phone this location you feel like your bothering them and that shouldn’t be how it is. They are there to help out us injured people and they sure don’t do a great job with that making us feel reassured things will be okay... WCB has a lot of work to do with how they treat people and how they can never get back to us in a timely manner.
They scam Small Business owners and listen to employees and file claims against them and don’t even mail them the claim after a year I found out . They said they would reverse the claim but ended up charging a penalty as well and they said that they have proof . The proof was talking to someone who was not a business owner . They are all about making money and making business owners pay .
