Incredibly supportive and knowledgeable staff. Course structure is very well done, and small class sizes make it easy to get 1:1 help when needed. I wasn't very successful in high school, but I was able to really thrive here as I went through the Health Care Assistant diploma course.

I am a Sprott Shaw Alumn, I went to the college to attain my Early Childhood Education and my Infant and Toddler Specialty. The Administrative staff is awesome! I was always able to go to them with any questions or concerns and get answers in a timely manner. They are super friendly and always there to help! The Faculty that I have had the pleasure of studying under have all been exceptional teachers, and I have always felt like I have completed my programs and left with the skills and tools I need to be successful in my field.

I joined Sprott Shaw in 2016 to take Early Childhood Educator. I was very nervous but now I’m so happy I joined. Currently I work as a floor Supervisor at Parasol daycare as well as a lead Infant Toddler Educator. I have worked with children for 15 years as a nanny and joining Sprott Shaw to change my career path was the best choice I’ve ever made. The first day I walked in I was introduced to my teacher, Mrs. Natalie Statham, a daycare educator I took the children I nannied too. The staff throughout the Kamloops campus are very welcoming and helpful with anything you need. Everyday you came to class, or needed help, Bree had a smile on her face and was happy to see you. In 2016-2017 I was valedictorian for our class. I couldn’t imagine this without the guidance from the staff at Sprott Shaw. Thank you Sprott Shaw for helping me following my new career path.

The LPN course was geared for success. Our class ended up with a 100% passing of the licensing exam. The course load is intense, but with that kind of success, it is hard to argue against it. I thoroughly enjoyed the instructors and received all the support I needed to succeed.

I started on April 27th, 2020 and was supposed to graduate on December 4th, 2020. I ended up with an injury that set me back 6 weeks and I ended up having to join another class to finish up. Everyone at the school was amazing and accomodating and were really routing me on to finish. I finally graduated February 9th, 2021. I would highly reccomend Sprott Shaw College Kamloops campus to anyone looking to change careers.
