So I live in Ottawa Ontario. I needed a Carburetor for my arctic cat zl 550. I called them and proceeded to send in photos of the carburetor I needed. They quickly found one for me and shipped it half way across our beautiful country. They were very friendly to deal with and prompt with their service. I would highly recommend robins marine!!! Support Canadian Business!

Promised a childs' snowmobile to a customer and her daughter and then decided to keep it! Super disappointed with their service, won't be patronizing their establishment. Thought 2020 was over but these guys are keeping it alive. Bah humbug.

We highly recommend Robin's Marine & Snowmobile Service. Their expertise is great, very friendly and super knowledgeable. We are extremely thankful for your advice, we were able to get what we needed at a better price than anywhere else we looked at (and I mean we looked everywhere). Price, advice and friendly shop are only the few things we can say about them. Laise was so knowledgeable and friendly, a truly great family busines. Thank you guys, we will be back and will recommend you to all our family and friends.

Robin likes to argue with you even when he's wrong. Went in a couple of months back to see if he had a starboard side wear pad for my Alpha 1 sterndrive. After showing him a couple of pictures on my phone of the port side wear pad in place and then the starboard side where the missing piece should go he went into the back and came out with a wear pad that he said would work. Great, took his word for it and lo and behold when I drive the 40 minutes home I discover that the part he gave me was for the port side.. Phone the next day and Robin swears up and down that he sold me the right part and hangs the phone up on me as we are in mid conversation. Not a big deal on a cheap part but his customer service skills could use a bit of work.. Maybe I should have said left and right instead of port and starboard. I thought you of all people would know the difference. Anyway, picked the correct part up from a competitor without any problems.
