Grooming was AWFUL! Waited over 7 hours (despite being dropped off at 9am for the first appt of the day, several other dogs were groomed and finished before my two, which were finally done after 4pm). A full day of waiting for two simple clipper cuts, and one didn't even have a finished face. He looks ridiculous with uneven hair all over his head and a super short body. Beware of the pricing, which creeps up every time you turn around. Discerning pet owners should go elsewhere.

My friend and I visited the store and were absolutly appalled! The dogs that were for adoption apparently were not allowed outside daily because of short staff, the cashier explained that they couldn't take the dogs out of the room as per management. Sickos! Then the dogs that were in daycare which they, the company, claim is so great, those poor dogs are stressed out and we were told that they are not socialized or played with or taken outside! They are stuck in a glass room all day, while their owners are assuming their dog is being taken care of! Because the managers are too cheap to pay for extra staff! This is horrible, and the word will be out, I will be complaining to the SPCA because this is animal cruelty! BEWARE just because their price seems good...it costs owners in the long run!
