Called and was quoted 428 for part and labour to have the oil pressure sensor replaced on our 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. After it was done, it ended up being 694 - AFTER talking them to include the ‘diagnostic fee’ of 50 (I could see charging that if I didn’t get the repairs done there). They said the struts on all 4 corners were needing to be replaced ‘based on mileage’, the front 2 were replaced 2 years ago so I feel this was an unnecessary repair. Also, I had to talk them into shopping around for a better price on a 175 gasket set which ended up saving us 20.

Nicole, Chris and Tim are always helpful and honest with me. The guys take good care of my vehicle and never make me feel pressured to do more then I need. Nicole is polite and helpful has even looked deeper into problems and into warranty service. A great crew that Mark has working for him.

Went in for a full inspection, they charged for load testing that they never did. I live 3 hours round trip from town and they offered me 10 refund for not load testing my truck despite the fact it would not even start after being in their shop. Mechanic broke a valve stem causing a flat, and the truck part they ordered was for a different year truck. I will literally never take my vehicles to this shop again The woman at the desk being the main reason. Extremely poor behaviour. Wouldnt own their mistake and left me with an unbelievable headache. Personally they are thiefs in my eyes, as they charged for a service that was not provided, and left my vehicle in a worse state than when brought to them. 10 refund? An unbelievavle insult.
