Matt has worked on three of my pianos over the years and his dedication to his craft is amazing. He gets back to his customers quickly and really loves to be of assistance to all who seek his help. As an example, just two days ago I had questions about some private sale pianos and he knew nearly all of them and was able to guide me toward good ones and steer me away from lemons. A day later I contacted him to move the piano I purchased and he was moving it twelve hours later. His work is always top-notch and his manner is always friendly, kind and professional. Matt goes over and beyond for his customers and has my loyalty and respect.

Working with Matt Arnott was a pleasure. He arrived right on time, and was pleasant and was well dressed. He started his assessment immediately and only paused to give me options as to cost and what services he was able to offer based on my individual budget, and what was even possible with the age and wear on my piano. I went for his "Resurrection Package" which gave my 100 year old piano the much needed attention it deserved. He spent 3 solid hours working meticulously through every inch of my piano including the pedals. Prices range between 225-300 for something of this nature (including tax) but I can guarantee it was well worth it as my piano sounds great, feels great, and I have piece of mind knowing that someone who was formally trained and with tons of experience has seen and worked on it. He is also a fantastic musician himself and played the pants off of it, which pleased me immensely. Would recommend this gentleman to anyone looking to have their piano assessed and worked on. Absolutely amazing. We are so thankful for the generous work that Matt did, cleaning, fixing and tuning our old piano. Matt was generous with his time and in a few hours brought our piano from a sorry state into surprisingly excellent condition. I am a musician and am very picky about details. The pitch, sound and feel of the piano now far exceed what I ever imagined possible. THANK YOU!!!
