He told me what to do to check what the problem with my washing machine could be. He nailed it, and then helped walk me through how to fix the problem myself. This was awesome since it was a quick fix and I live out of town. Saved me some money and my washer works great again. I would definitely call him again if I needed a repair man. Dryer wasn't heating up. I called Jay and left a message, and he got back to me the next day. I had already booked with another company, but they couldn't make it until mid-next week. Jay was nice enough to tell me the part number for the heating element just in case so that I could ask if the other company had it on hand. That was appreciated as he didn't need to do that. Luckily though, Jay was able to fit me in for an appointment this week Friday. It turned out to be just the thermostat that was broken and not the more expensive heating element. Did first load of laundry tonight and dryer is back up and running.
Extremely rude customer service in my own home. He wouldn't make eye contact or have a respectful conversation. I wanted to explain that I had taken the front panel off so I could check for a clog in the drain and wanted to show him where I put the screws. He wouldn't make eye contact and told me he's worked on a thousand machines. Then he said he had another 16 calls that day and didn't need me telling him anything. He left angry after confronted for how he was treating me. I called my landlord to let her know of the treatment and he had already called and justified his behaviour saying that I was trying to tell him how to do his job. The reality was I was just wanting to show him where I put the screws, all in order on the dryer. I even made sure I lifted the dryer off the washer for him, as its a stacker. My landlord had to come to the house with him so he could complete the job he was hired to do. Just a horrible experience with someone that should be trained to be professional.
Never showed up and didn’t return my calls. Next day called like nothing was wrong. Waste of my time.
Exceptional service - checked out my fridge, however couldn't repair but didn't charge a penny. Insisted on me not paying.
