COBS is an amazing little bakery that sells artisan breads and a few baked goods. I often pick up loaves for sandwiches and really enjoy trying the different flavors

I visit this store fairly regularly. The focacia and capeseed loaf are my favorites.

Did not enjoy my experience here at all. Cashier says that they can’t do icing for cinnamon buns on the side even though every other Cobs bread I’ve ever gone to has done that for me. Cashier also looked at me strange when I asked for it to be in a plastic bag. They did have hand sanitizer at door and only allowed two people in the store at once so I appreciated that.

They are friendly staff. Guys were eager to help us. We will be back again for sure. Dinner rolls were so tasty with our Easter Ham supper. Thanks

It and miss. I like a bit more salt in a good loaf.Save On Food's Baguette is better. A little surprised to find 'Brioche' hot dog buns but no real Brioche, which I prefer to croissants. When I asked why,I was in formed by a rather sarcastic member of staff that 'Perhaps they are too sophisticated for Kamloops'. Really? Strong competition regarding pastries from Gold Leaf up the hill.

Being Australian I LOVE going to cobs, it reminds me of home we’re cobs was invented. But I have to say 90% of the servers are grumpy af. There is one shorter girl with glasses who is always happy and up selling new items to me. Will try to get names on the future. Bit pricey but delicious breads and baked goods. Free parking

Take it from a frenchman born and raised in Paris, France. The bakery at Superstore makes better baguettes. I haven't tasted all the bread at Cobs but I can say the baguettes were undercooked, too thick and not long enough; Over-priced for baguettes too.
