The casino was clean, a good variety of electronic games and, apparently BINGO is rather popular there. We were there on a Sunday night. It was busy but still good space to play. We had dinner in the restaurant. It was very nice with good flavour and presentation. No complaints. All in all a great evening and good fun.

Good food, reasonable prices, good service. You get discounts on food in the restaurant when you present your Encore card when paying. Specials don't count. Also the discounts apply in the cafe, as well as pop and coffee are free there. Good atmosphere....well kept premises. Bathrooms usually always kept fairly clean. Many different kinds of slot machines to play and daily Bingo with some great money prizes!

Service was good. Atmosphere was good. Food was good. Portioning was absolutely terrible. Price, for what you get, very unreasonable.. We'll find someplace else to go next time..️

We ate at the restaurant and will not return. The restaurant is beautiful, the seating is comfortable. The atmosphere and service were great. The food looked delicious and was cooked to perfection. I don't understand how it could taste so bad. I had the 26.00 surf and turf, and went to McDonald's after. The steak was delicious and tender, but a third was fat and gristle, and it was very thin. The potatoes and "prawns" were disgusting. My husband had the steak sandwich. The steak was mediocre. The garlic bread, onion rings, fries and gravy were revolting. I don't even know how you can make fries look so good and taste so bad. We feel ripped off.

We had lunch in the restaurant. Both had the turkey club. The turkey cub was the best I've ever had. They have a turkey patty instead of just turkey meat and it was absolutely wonderful on a pretzel bun. The Caesar salad had really good flavor and quite reasonable.

I really enjoy going to Chances. The staff and security is fast and friendly, restaraunt and bar, food is amazing and again servers are outstanding. Am always bringing my friends to try a night out or out of town company for a night out at Chances.

Pretty understaffed, what little staff they did have seemed to be standing around. Caught a little attitude from the cashier - who happened to be one of the few staff members that was actually working. (Only had 1 cashier on and a line up of 7 or 8.) Wasn't overly impressed over all, even though my Mum walked out with a little more cash than she walked in with. Wouldn't make the trip a second time, that's for sure.
