I brought my car in this morning to have a puncture repaired. I was happy to be helped by knowledgeable and kind staff members who assisted me immediately with my car. Management here is lucky to have individuals like Nick around who are effortlessly good at customer service. After only 30 minutes my car tire was all patched up and I was feeling great about choosing Kal Tire. I'll be back for all my future tire needs. I will make sure to pay forward the kindness you showed me today.

I take my rating back, it was a 5 star. Until an hour later my rear wheel falls off, I go to inspect the other wheels and the lug nuts are all loose. I will be sending you guys the repair bill I don't recommend this place left me with a very bad experience.

My car was acting weird and it turned out I needed new brakes. I suspected it was something else and they looked it over and there were no issues. I just really appreciate honest mechanics that do not try to push services that are not required. Very honest and good service.
