Absolute thieves! Not only the worst customer service we have ever received but the most deceitful people we have ever dealt with in all our years in business. We asked the company (Cynthia) to take their equipment off of our property as the cost was exorbitant and not needed for the upcoming events we had booked on property. We were then assured, both on the telephone and by a visit from Cynthia in person to our establishment that we would not be charged for the next month. They then went ahead and charged our credit card anyway, without a signed contract or approval on our behalf. When I called then to ask why they would exhibit such extremely unprofessional behavior and reverse this charge on our card, they informed me \there is nothing we can do for you\ and hung up on me. I would rate them as zero if this was an option. I would use extreme caution in dealing with this business as they have no regard for their customers, they lied to us and they exhibit very deceitful behaviors. Run the other way....
