Great selection of jays clothes and memorabilia. Purchased a Jersey and got lettering put on. Quality of the lettering was excellent, it looked stitched when it was it and was done on site in 20mins. Amazing service and great quality product.

The shop was fully stocked and we spent probably an hour here. The cashier was outstanding however there was a problem with a gift card that my son in law gave us to from a summit he was at last year. The gift card came up as inactive but they could see there was 25.00 on the card. Cashier got his supervisor who needed to make calls to finance to find out what and how to process. After almost another 30 minutes of no one being available to answer phones and assist the supervisor who was not making a decision he left again to talk to his manager. He came back to us saying he could not get an answer so did not know what to do. I told him to just keep it I paid the full amount of our purchases but left very disappointed. We are here visiting from CALGARY were given this 25.00 gift card to use and this is was an opportunity for the store to just make it right. They knew 25 was there but did not know how to override the sale. I am rally don’t believe The Jays shop would not have lost anything by just applying a reduction of 25.00 to my total bill. We walked away and told the supervisor to keep the card. I will never be able to use it again. I guess the shrug of the shoulders that he gave to me really just made me think he didn’t care. A sad retail experience

Gotta love the official Jays shop. It's spacious with plenty of Jays swag for sale. They do custom names in jerseys. The Eaton Centre location is great for shopping while the stadium is perfect for game day purchases. Pricey.
