My John Deere riding mower was serviced by a company who replaced a belt and mower blades. A couple of mows into the spring season the belt frayed into pieces all over my yard. The belt was installed upside down, causing a pulley to break. The company refused to take ownership of the problem so I took it to Island Tractor . They identified the issues and fixed the problem but also went the extra mile in giving me a small mower rate instead of the heavy equipment rate, which was extremely helpful since I was now paying twice to fix the same issue. I have great appreciation for their helpfulness, courteous service and excellent communication during this busy time of year. Special thanks to Murray for treating me so well throughout this process .

Great place. A ton of experienced guys here. I've dealt with parts and Scott in equipment sales, both of them quote the price, and deliver on their promises. Even special order parts , Scott ordered me obscure HLA pin on forks custom made at the factory, time frame estimate was nearly bang on to delivery. Very nice when you can just order, relax, and wait for the phone call...
Learn to drive... heres my notes. Ek7876 island tractor white truck with trailer towing an orange machine down isld hwy into nanaimo at 645am .. all over the road, in both lanes, no signals, almost clipped 2 different trucks, almost rolled his truck along the cassidy bridge.
