Absolutely great service! Explained things thoroughly, gave us options, provided professional opinion but left all the decision making up to us. No pressure or up-selling. Very kind and considerate of both the pet and owner.
Prices are alright, although I feel like the staff aren’t very friendly, they charged me 50 for a microchip and said that it was all set up for me when in fact you actually have to pay an extra hidden fee of 80 to the 3rd party manufacturer in order for the chip to work. They didn’t tell me about the hidden fee ahead of time and had me walk through the door thinking I had a working chip in my dog.. they said they had even it set up with my name and phone number, if I hadn’t researched the chip I never would have found out that it’s useless until I pay the 80. On top of that I had my dog spayed there and it was like an assembly line, one vet had done 9 spays/neuters in a row from 9Am to 4PM in the same day.. maybe that’s general practice but it somewhat put me off thinking about the level of care per each animal.. they have “spay days” where everyone shows up and drops off their animals for the surgery all at the same time at 9 AM, they do them all before 4PM. It just sounds wrong to me
Amazing staff, the dr is phenomenal. He truly cares and has the pets best interest at heart.

Staff and service can't be beat. Honest and tells you what is needed and NOT needed. NO upselling. Prices VERY reasonable.
I adopted a dog from the previous owner and wanted to transfer his file from this hospital to the hospital in my home town. I don’t know who I was speaking with but he was incredibly rude. I told him I adopted my dog and wanted to transfer his file and he bluntly told me he was busy. I want to actually give zero stars because this place doesn’t deserve one. I spoke with the previous owner and she actually told me she had to transfer the dog out of this hospital also because of the same problem. Get it together!
