Good service at first, but speed has been questionable for months. It is constantly going slow and drops out completely on many occasions. Looking for a new provider as I comment on this review.

Service is always down, they are not accountable and will overcharge without correcting for as long as they can get away with & are the rudest customer service I have ever encountered! Internet kent over charged me for a service I Never recieved from September 2018 until June 2019. December 2018 I spoke with them and was told they would look into my account and credit me for the overages. January, February and March I called and followed up with them and was told by the rude woman who answers their phones that someone would get back to me and look into it. March my mother became terminally ill so I dis not follow up with them March or April 2019, until June 2019 when my mother had passed, at that time they said the same thing and then did Not get back to me, they applied a 30 credit to my June bill when I had been overcharged 30 per month from September until June. The woman refused to put me through to her manager, refused to call her manager, told me that he is never in. When I asked her if She was the customer in the situation would she find that to be acceptable and she said I'm not answering that and hung up on me.

We have been with them since June of last year. At first, the service was decent. However, for the last 7-8 months, our internet has been constantly up and down in both speed and service. Ocassional disuptions would be understandable and acceptable, but we have gone beyond that. Aparently, having to reset your modem 1-2 times a week is normal and acceptable for them. Over the past 20 years, if I had ever had to do that, it for testing before a tech came out or my modem was replaced. Outside of city limits, you are very limited as to internet speed and availability, as well as having to pay substantially more for the same packages. Considering the premiums, one would think they would at least be reliable. They do not have a 24 hour help line and the majority of issues have happened in the evenings and on the weekends. From what I have been told from Internet Kent, Explornet was supposed to be taking over there services in my area earlier this month. I called Explornet this morning to ask why the service has been down since yesterday. After going through their automated system and requesting to speak to a tech, I was put through to the Kent Internet answering machine as per usual. Good Luck
