Quite pleased! Very pleasant and courteous team. Adam and team were very respectful of our expectations and concerns. Always made sure they communicated the project plan and the next steps to us on a regular basis, so we knew what to expect and how to organize our time. We also like supporting a local company during this time of great uncertainty. Physical distancing practices were followed by Adam and the team. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family.

I found Darren the owner and Adam his right hand man to be very conscientious and professional. Kind of like Holmes on Holmes very thorough, thoughtful, and professional. They also stand behind there work which is a huge benefit. My wife left the water filter loose on our washing machine it flooded the entire ceiling below. Insurance restoration drive through the biggest snow storm in Rosedale’s history to come do the initial assessment. Our dishwasher upstairs sprung a leak and dripped down through the kitchen floor into the downstairs hallway ceiling. We caught it quickly, it could’ve been so much worse! But still bad enough that part of the ceiling downstairs and the entire kitchen floor had to be replaced. The process was stressful but luckily we were in good hands. I was happy with the quality of service received all around, but I have to give extra credit to Adam for overseeing everything and being unbelievably professional, on top of things and highly responsive in communication. He was the glue that held everything together. The customer service was fantastic and the quality of the end result was excellent as well
Adam took great care of us during this entire process. Especially considering we were out of province, he supplied us photos and updates consistently and went above and beyond to alleviate our natural apprehension in a situation like this.
