I had a very positive experience with Inspiration Flooring & Design. Kim's service extended beyond being a carpet supplier and installer; she really was our advisor. She guided us through the entire process, even offering to come by and consult us on the best option aesthetically. The installation process was also seamless. I highly recommend Inspiration to anyone looking for qualified guidance on a flooring revamp!

We had just purchased a rental property, and were needing carpet for the stairs and one bedroom in the basement. I went to our local flooring store to discuss our needs. After receiving a ballpark price for the stairs only, I had resigned myself to the fact that carpeting the stairs was going to be too expensive, and they could not get to it for 2-3 weeks. This would not work as we had tenants moving in in a weeks time. I called up Inspiration and talked with Todd. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and the next day (Friday) my wife and I went in and picked out our carpet. The price for the stairs AND the bedroom was less than what I was told just by our local store for the stairs only! We explained to Todd that we needed it installed ASAP, and he scheduled installation for the following Tuesday!. The installer, Nedim, was on time, friendly and professional! He did an absolutely amazing job. Thank you Nedim! Overall, I would rate our experience with Todd, Nedim and Inspiration flooring a 10 out of 10, for price, service and customer satisfaction. For all of our future flooring needs, we will be going back to Todd and Inspiration. I won't even call any other places!
All of the staff and especially Todd have gone above and beyond to help me. They were happy to show me all the products and get me all of the paperwork needed for my picky condo board before I have even purchased the flooring. I have a estimate scheduled for next week and will be booking the install for the beginning of September! I can't wait to see my new flooring. BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE HERE.
Went into the show room yesterday. One of the guys, Mike, came right out to give us an estimate an hour later. Today the carpet installer came and did a great job. I was very impressed with the service and professionalism. I would absolutely refer people here.
Very good selection. Most options in town. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Had what I wanted in stock. Excellent parking.
