Customer Service was very helpful and walked me through the entire registration process and pick up. I was concerned the pick up would be difficult during the Covid restrictions, but it was very easy and I was back caring for my wife and daughter in under 5 minutes. Very relieved that our Cord Blood and Cord Tissue is now in safe hands.

Very poor customer service. After signing up and paying in full, be prepared for phone calls from them asking for more money for other \service charges\ which they conveniently did not mention during the sign-up process. All charges should be clearly stated upfront instead of such shady tactics.
We had a lot of questions on cord blood banking and wanted customer service in Mandarin. The company referred us to Sarah, who was extremely professional and knowledgable. She was also very candid to tell us the limitation on cord blood banking. AMAZING service!! Hope to chat with you again soon!
So far so good! Great customer service and thank you Connie. I had more than ten questions and they had response for all of them. If you want to see the clinic they have their own channel on youtube where you can see the tour and how their building looks like. Only clinic where you can see the acctual licence from Health Canada posted on their website. Also it is good to know the they have the power generator in the case of power outage. We will go with them as the time comes next month.
