I have been at Port Moody IF since 2010 and can't imagine what my life would be like without having joined. It has pushed my fitness to a whole different level from competing in community events, running 10km races and marathons. The trainers understand my goals and push me to achieve them. Many of the friendships I have made are for a lifetime. I have continued to train in the gym during the pandemic and always feel very safe.

I have been part of the IF experience since the IF inception in their Kits location over 20 years ago! When I was considering moving to Port Moody from Vancouver the fact that there was a IF there made moving a simpler decision. IF does an amazing job not just on keeping me focused on my physical conditioning as well as the incredible community IF creates. I am 65 and I continue to enjoy all my favourite sports that include skiing, hockey, soccer, golf, cycling, paddling and hiking. I enjoy all at a great level as I do them as a fit person that IF has had a significant role in maintaining for me.
